Dosalaya is a startup focused on innovation in the fresh food space. Our goal is to serve fresh, tasty and dependable food at our kitchens near you. To do this, we need to build reach and a solid platform to deliver quality food. Our micro-factory develops food products that are high quality and fresh which we deliver to end customers through a chain of kitchens that we rent out or are owned/co-branded by other businesses or entrepreneurs.

We provide you all the ingredients and a Kitchen to deliver tasty Dosa and Idli

Ingredients

We provide all the ingredients including the batter, chutney, aloo palya, ghee, plates, oil and any other ingredients.

Pricing

Dosalaya charges based on the number of plates sold and leaves out a percentage with the operator based on the models.

Order and Delivery

Kitchen operator can order Ingredients based on the projected Dosa or Idlis that can be sold via the Dosalaya mobile app and schedule delivery.

Green and Hygiene

Dosalaya is committed to Hygiene and Green energy hence we will work with the Kitchen operators on cleaning and disposal of used kitchen equipments.
